Poor quality

Although I love the design of this rug, after only 1 month of use in my kitchen the corner is frayed. So disappointed!

Gorgeous high quality
This rug is beautiful! It came quickly and was in perfect condition. This rug is off white but not on the ivory side. Took a few days for wrinkles to come out (I used my steamer on the back of the rug and used heavy books along the sides..took a full day to lay flat. Highly recommended!!

Cream colored rug arrived with a black spot on it!
Be patient! The rug I received was a few weeks late. The delivery man carried the rug into the house using gloves and then left. I went to remove the plastic casing. There was a black powder all on the plastic. I was very careful to cutting the plastic off and keeping it away from the rug since the rug is a cream color. Once the rug was laid out I saw a a noticeably large spot of what appeared to be the black powder. At different intervals where the rug was rolled are visible but less noticeable discoloration spots I will be contacting customer service to see what needs to be done.

Amazing!
I needed a fairly cheap area rug to replace my old (way more expensive) wool rug. I bought this on sale for two H (if you know what I mean). When rolling it out, the thickness is what I would expect. But overall, I am incredibly impressed. It looks great and is way WAY nicer than I expected. I'm going to order the matching runner right now!

Love my area rug!!
Its not just a beautiful rug. But so easy to clean. I had to use was a vacuum. It matches my wood floors and it brightens up the room. It soft to walk on and I enjoy just putting my bare feet on the texture of different softness. Which sounds strange but Its true. Quality and price was awesome.

Love.this.rug!! We put it in our master bedroom, I got the “natural” color and it was even prettier in person. I can't believe it can't also be used as an outside rug. We ordered a second bigger one for our family room. And the price is amazing! I wish they had a longer runner for our kitchens 12 foot island. BUY IT!

I originally saw this rug on another website and fell in love instantly. I did some searching to see if I could find it anywhere for a better price and was so excited to find it for an amazing price on Walmart's website. The rug was delivered quickly with no issues and was in perfect condition. I've had the rug just a few days over a year now and am still very happy with it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because when reading reviews... I read several from pet owners that said it had held up perfectly for them, which was a big part of my decision to buy it . For the most part I have had the same luck except for one corner that became unraveled a bit and frayed. I have several cats who are both inside and out... and every time they come inside they go straight to the rug and start clawing and scratching at it. Other than the one corner, everywhere else has held up great. I would definitely recommend this rug!

I had high hopes for this runner! I'm a huge fan of My Texas House and a follower! Very disappointed with the way this rug (has not) held up! The tufted/plush - pile areas of this rug is balled up and worn down :( I've been using it for almost 2 months now, and it looks more like 2 years! The color will quickly go from cream to dingy gray fast! It did pressure (as she advises to do) fairly well, found the rug to be very stiff for several days after. I'd ONLY recommend this rug line (color), if and only if you have no kids, pets and are using it in a low traffic area! I have the larger matching rug in my formal dining room and so far, it's ok! We use the breakfast room and kitchen island daily, so that rug doesn't get as much foot traffic. Hated to give this negative review because I'm such a fan of Erin, but wanted to write an honest review! Thanks

Just ok, as in my other review for the runner - vert disappointed in how this rug looks, feels, and holds up just after 2 months! It's a beautiful rug, if you are using in very low traffic rooms! Would not recommend in high traffic rooms, turns from cream to dingy quick, sorry!
