Improve Packaging
The packaging was poor. I expected each filter to be boxed and wrapped. But they were only in plastic bubble wrap. Which leads to insecure thoughts about impurities.

    while it fits, it is not shaped correctly to fit so there is space all around the housing it is designed to go into. It seems to be functioning well, its just not very esthetically pleasing.

    I have just placed one of my new filters in my refrigerator, so far I have not had any problems and the water tastes just fine. So far I would say it is a good buy for more than half the price of 1 name brand filter.

    Name brand quality at a generic price
    Love these filters, fit perfectly into my 7 month old Samsung bottom freezer drawer fridge. Didn't leak a drop after install and my well water is clear and smooth tasting. Bought 3 for half the price of name brand, I'm set for 18+ months. I included a picture of my fridge that was taken immediately after delivery for those with one like it, hope it helps.
