Price is right.
Very impressed with this purchase, it fit perfectly on my 2001 F-150 5.4 L Lariat. It is the same size as my old battery and has enough power for half the price. I would recommend this battery to all my friends and family.

Battery vaporware
Was getting ready to go to store for pickup. After 3 days of the Walmart website saying the battery was "preparing," this morning it was "unavailable." Bait and switch? Now hear this Walmart, you ain't the only store selling batteries in this town. No more wasting time with a vendor that is incompetent, dishonest, or both. See ya.

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/10/2023BRING A PRINTED RECEIPT WITH YOUWe purchased a car battery, a core charge was added to the price and tax. We picked up the battery and had to take the old battery around to automotive. I didn't have the receipt printed off, I had just taken a picture of it. Well the core charge didn't show up on the order number, but the tax had included the core charge. Needless to say, I didn't get my core charge returned. The battery was 69.74 core charge was 10.00 and tax was 4.18. I checked the receipt after I returned home and it shows the tax as 14.18.Jamie

Had to catch a ride 30 miles to Walmart 30 miles home the next day 30 miles back to Walmart for the exchange but they didn't have a battery so I was forced to drive 30 miles to borger Walmart and 60?miles home. Did not only inconvenience myself but the people whom I had drive medarcie

I just purchased one of these size 65 everstart value batteries to replace the previous, identical battery that just went out ... the date on the battery that went out is 12/17 - I feel like that's a reasonable amount of time for a battery in minnesota parked outside I expect the same from this one ... it has a lot of power off the shelf, started a V10 fast and easilyshiddy

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/10/2023Pure JunkBattery has been problems since the first week. It repeatedly died overnight during winter, summer, fall, and spring. I should have taken it back, but didn't feel like going through the hassle. After 17 months of have to charge it when the car sits for a few days I'm going to replace it.Jr2015

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/19/2023fix this problemthe return policy for a core is terrible . used delivery from store with W because it was handy. the problem starts when you try to return the old core. when buying the new battery all charge details are listed but my only receipt is in my Walmart app. now the app has lumped state battery fee, core charge, and sales tax together on one line. the store cannot return the $12.00 core charge because it is added in to other charges, called taxes and cannot be separated. Fix this problem !gramps

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/04/2023Never buy a car battery online!Bought car battery online but store refused to refund the $12 core charge because that $12 was mistakenly included in the total tax amount on receipt and not listed separately as a core return charge. Customer Service was no help. Very frustrating!DavidH

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/15/2023good battery. buy core charge refund a no gobattery was a good deal. but if you buy online and have it delivered to your home good luck getting your core charged refunded via the store. they refused to do so and Walmart online would not help me either.. lesson learned. buy in store only and then take old battery back for your core charge refund.. thanks Wally Worlldjames

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/13/2022Good short-term solution for car that won't startThis battery is designed to get you out of trouble when your battery existing battery won't start your reliably. It will last 1-2 years. Knowing this, I don't see why so many people complain when it finally dies. It is less than the price of calling a tow truck to get you started. I buy them knowing that they will not last but will start the car in the morning. You have almost 2 years to save your money for a good battery or buy another one of these. Two of these are still less than one battery at the auto parts store.Gregory

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/02/2022Did the trickThe battery went out on our lake truck and needed a replacement. It took about 5 min to jump it because the battery was so dead. We didn't want to spend a lot since it's just an extra vehicle. So we opted for this since it was half the price and an overwhelming majority of the reviews were good. Brought it home, put it in, and she cranked right up.Grammy

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/25/20172000 f150 4.6 2wdSo my wife starts up her truck and no turn over. Drop her off to work, after running some "backyard diagnostics" turns out the old 5yr battery was starting to go and would not hold a charge for long. I know the symptoms of a bad battery since I used work around a lot of cars for a big company before. So, I shop around online make a few phone calls no luck or too expensive for our current budget, especially after doing some maintenance and upgrades to my wife's truck (oil change, spark plugs, k&n airfilter service, Napol high performance ignition coil packs x8) and a new DPFE sensor, now I can only assume that the high performance ignition must have finished off that old battery after 3wks of having them on. So I google search "cheap car batteries " I then type in the Walmart search engine 2000 f150 battery. And presto! The battery was up to specs but I wasn't sure on the sizing. (65s are a direct fit for our 00 f150) so I took a chance went to our local Walmart and it was the last one on the rack lol about $50 (approx $67 tax&$13 core) let me tell you you can't go wrong for the price and the 1yr warranty, 3x 8mm bolts one on each battery terminal and the plastic thing that holds the battery in place and there you go no overpriced auto what ever or trips to the stealership just pure plain and simple and CHEAP!!! went back got our core charge approx $13 bought dinner. Win win people don't be fooled by the price or the name especially if you drive a ford them seem to need batteries more soon then others based off the reviews on here. Good luck. God bless. (Next upgrade yellow top optima battery) highly recommend if ya gat the cash.Broncoman87

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser02/12/2017Best price battery aroundThis was the cheapest battery I could find and it gets the job done just like any other more expensive battery. Very easy to install, took maybe 5 minutes max. No complaints.Familyof6

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/21/2017Car batteryThis battery buy online-pick up in store is the best price in all Bakersfield. I even checked for used and you can't beat this low price. I was not told the outside measurements of this battery and was surprised by the physical size when I picked it up at the store. With skill and luck I managed to fit it in my 1961 Ford Falcon. Next time I will inquire about the size and shape of the battery. This battery works good and cranks vigorously. They don't take your core (old battery) in the same transaction. You have to go to the customer service line with your receipt.Louis
