Super Experience!
The prices of the Vilano Diverse is definitely reasonable. Assembly was easy, but I did have a manufacture defect. I called Vilano, and their customer service was amazing. They sent me the replacement part immediately (with a few extras thrown in), and their technician (Jeff) patiently worked with me over the phone to replace it. He was great! And the bike runs perfectly.

Bad warranty
After 4 months the bottom bracket made a strange sound, click-click-click. I sent a video to Vilano. They said they would send me the part but not provide proper repair. they stated, "Your warranty covers your bike for frame and fork damage only." which is really nothing. when would ever a frame or a fork brake! the bike is also not that great I thought it would be.

I was very impressed with the bike. The ride is great. I repair bikes so assembly wasn't a problem. I replaced the seat because the original seat was to hard for me. it pumps easily in all gears. There was some fine tuning needed, but thats what the manufacturer has in the instructions. If someone wasn't familiar with bikes they might have problems because they are not very detailed. Only had the bike a week so not sure how it be over a longer amount of time. Ordered a new wake so I can the adjust the handlebars up...I like a upright position when riding. original set up there is no adjustment. The overall bike is great and I enjoy riding. It feels like a more expensive bike. Good product for the money. I would recommend it.

    I am extremely pleased
I am no bike expert but my goal, when I buy anything, is to get the most amount of value for the least amount of money. By all accounts, this bike seemed to fit the bill, so I went ahead and pulled the trigger and I will confess that I am absolutely blown away by this purchase. My friend came to the house to fine-tune the bike once it was assembled. this is a guy who could qualify as an “expert”. he has been working on bikes for 20 years. On his way out, he said, quietly, this bike is worth more than what you paid for. Anyway, I could go on and on, but the bottom line here is that I am very pleased with this purchase.

    Great bicycle
I followed recommendation and had a local bike shop put it together and make adjustments. Good thing, since they found a damaged part. The vendor was very accommodating and promptly sent a new part to the bike shop. The bike rides really well. Gears shift smooth. I wish the handlebars were a little higher and would like a more comfortable seat, but that is an easy enough fix.

A bike that punches well above it weight class!
I was pleasantly surprised by this bike. First off it is incredibly light. When UPS dropped it off and I brought it inside I thought something was missing until I opened the box. The bike looks much better in person than in pictures. Building the bike was somewhat more complicated than anticipated. You actually need to install the brake rotor on the front wheel which is easier than it sounds. The remainder of the setup is mildly complicated however those with mechanical aptitude will be fine. I decided to change the seat based upon prior reviews and immediately take the bike for professional tuning before I ever rode it. for your reference, I used "Wittkop Bike Seat [for City Bikes] - Bicycle Seat for Men

    Excellent Bike
I received this bike last week. I took it to the bike shop for assembly and tune up and all the ppl there raved about how it was a very nice bike. I got a chance to ride on the bike trail today and it was amazing! Smooth ride and nice need for speed. Just make sure you buy a gel seat and everything else is just as good as a TREK bike. I am 5”0 and 135lbs the 49cm fit perfect. Definitely a great purchase!

Great bike for this price range
With bicycles being in short supply these days, I was overjoyed when my bike arrived so quickly. This was my first assembly, and it only took about 30 mins, although some of the instructions could have been more clear. I then did take it to a local bike shop to have everything fine tuned, which was definitely worth the small fee. The bike is comfortable, easy to ride, and looks great. I am very pleased with the purchase.

    Good bike for the price
Great bike for the price. Its more of a road bike so I wouldnt intend on using it off road too much. Other than that its nice. Seat is really hard

    Awesome value
Honestly surprised. Very good bike. Took it to local bike shop to have disc break and tune-up for $40. So far so good. Smooth gears and feels light and comfortable. Investing in a Selle saddle thats about it. Maybe handles down the line. Pedals are nothing fancy function quite well. Was looking at more well-known brands like Trek or Schwinn used but for $359 this bike is really on a high level and piece of mind being new. Disc breaks are awesome. Im 6 feet, 32 inseam and the 57 inch frame is perfect. For me. Decent tires too.

    BUY THIS BIKE!!!
I'm beyond in love with this bike! Totally worth the money ,even though its not that expensive. I've had this bike now going on a month and have riden it as much as I could before I bothered writing this reveiw. Putting together the bike easy for my husband took about 10-15 min. and that was that. I was looking for a good bike to have something calming to do with my son and husband since they had bikes and I didnt. Due to COVID19 it wasnt easy at all to find a bike for myself and when this one popped up as avaible in my size I ordered it ASAP . I would definitly recommend anyone to pruchase this . I bought the 57cm size and I'm 5'8 and fits me really well.

    Big Bang for the Buck!
I have a kid in college and a 3 year old and money is tight but I want to get my middle age body in shape. I decided to purchase a bike. After countless hours of research, I gravitated towards the Cyclocross/Hybrid bike class because of their immense versatility. I bought the Villano Diverse 3.0 when no reviews existed, so I felt I was really taking a chance. I'm glad I pulled the trigger. I was pleasantly surprised how much of the bike was assembled. All I had to do was attach the handle bars, mount the seat and attach the front wheel. All spokes were within the proper torque parameters. The Drive-train needed minor adjustments. I was unsure how to properly adjust the disc breaks even after watching numerous YT videos. I didn't trust myself with such a critical component. It's been 30+ years since I have adjusted a bike, so I took it to REI for a $60.00 tune/safety and disc break adjustment/check. When I picked up the bike the technician wanted to know where I purchased the bike and how much I paid. I told him Walmart for $269.00. His eyes just about popped out! He would not believe me, till I showed it to him on my phone. He also said that the bike was comparable to the $699.00 Cannondale Bad Boy 4 and went on to explain that the drive train differences between the bikes were more cosmetic than functional and that people were basically paying an inflated price for the Cannondale name. I have to say, the two bikes are almost identical. He also mentioned this bike had changed his previous misconceptions about “department store” bikes. I'm very pleased with my purchase. TY Vilano! Since this is a Hybrid or Cyclocross bike, you can mix and match mountain and road bike components make sure you check with a certified bike technician first before you attempt to mix and match components! Drop Bars can also be added; which I probably will do in the future. The paint and finish are superb. My Measurements in Inches Inseam: 33 Trunk: 27.75 Forearm: 13.5 Arm: 25.25 Thigh: 24.13 Lower Leg: 21.5 Sternal Notch: 58.5 Total Height: 70 Weight: 230 lbs Specs not mentioned: 1. The 57 cm model weighs a light 26.2 pounds. 2. When I stand over the bike Top Tube I have 1 inch of clearance, close but OK. 3. Most drive train components are Shimano Tourney except the crank arms & chainring. Vilano went off brand to cut costs; but it works and is solid. 4. The Kenda Tires are highly rated by the industry. 5. This bike frame can accommodate wheelset sizes 700c x 22 mm up to 700C x 35 mm (wider the tire the slower you go on pavement, but, a wider tire gives much more stability on a gravel road. Thinner tires = less resistance and faster you go on pavement but less stability on gravel) 6. The bike comes with 700c x 25 mm wheels and 700c x 35 mm tires. You could drop close to 2 pounds by putting a 700c x 23mm tubeless wheelset with 700c x 23mm tires. With the quick release and the disc brakes you could swap out wheelsets in a minute or two depending on where you are going to ride. 7. This bike is light, fast, responsive and stable on pavement and gravel
