Needs a redesign!
Earrings are cheap looking, poorly constructed dress, and I don't like how her left arm is in a bent position instead of straight. She would be better if she had jointed limbs.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/18/2021Hope through play is great. Some of the little ones in hospitals are a little older, and this was fantastic. Gives our girls with cancer hope. The little fashion set with a ball cap just made my day. What every little girl would want her doll to have.Unknown

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/20/2020A Barbie collector delight!I love the bald head for Barbie wig's and for custom "rooting". Her face is beautiful and I'm happy Mattel gave her a beautiful smile, which show's her confidence with this "look". A must have addition to your Barbie doll collection.Rita

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/13/2020Bald is beautifulThis was an exciting find. My 19 year old was diagnosed with breast cancer during the pandemic!! A struggle like no other. I bought her this, as she too was beautiful with her new normal. Due to chemotherapy she had lost her beautiful blonde hair. This made her smile!! It was comforting to see a toy she once loved playing with went from beautiful blonde hair to a beautiful woman whose appearance had changed, but identity was still known. Thank you Mattel.bella

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/26/2020This is revolutionizing BARBIE!I love everything Mattel is trying to say with these new *modern* Barbies! I chose number #150 which is the beautifully bald barbie in her gorgeous pink and floral fashion dress, with white boots and gold braided hoops. She has to be my personal favorite but I do love a few of the other characters they have to offer. Especially the cute little girl, shorter than most of the other female dolls marketed. #150 is also on the front of the box, next to traditional Barbie. I believe this doll in particular will start a whole new look and perhaps even pave the way for our future children. Showing that beauty isn't always lucious locks, tall frames, cookie cutter images or basic "preppy" appeal. (Not that being preppy is bad, but having diversity will encourage positivity!) These dolls are going to give girls (and boys!) Something to love and see themselves in. Especially the ones who are silently suffering with beauty standards or the children who are with illnesses or handicaps. This is teaching them (and us!) That beauty is in all shapes, sizes, appearances and concerns! Good job, Mattel. I am hoping you will continue this path and create various different styles with various different appearances. To allow kids of all ages to say; "Hey, I really am a Barbie kid!!" ❤ My daughter loves her new doll and she is proud to add her in her collection. She said she thinks #150 was "pretty." The only dislike I have is having to call these dolls by numbers. Not s breaking point but definitely makes me feel add to refer such a beautiful doll as #146899 instead of just 'Stacy' or 'Heather.' I understand the concept but to make it seem less odd, I would have included a certificate or virtual one (if paper is a problem!) To have your child personally name their doll. Make them more personal for each kid. Like with the naming, they can make them 'real' as they are. Idk. Just a thought! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]Penny The Pincher
