Does not support a 70 inch TV.
Does not support a 70 inch TV. After taking forever to install. Gravity took its toll and the arm started to give out, TV was not extended. Slowly watched it start to sag.

Bought this wall mount to hang a 65 in tv. The base that attaches to the wall was wide enough to attach to two studs. The arm extends further than I expected, which was a nice surprise.

Finding the proper TV mount for our situation.
It is quality made and works as was anticipated. Our old TV was in a cabinet, so we had to find a TV mount that would allow me extend the new TV beyond the cabinet, 24 inches, as the new TV was larger than the cabinet, which this TV mount allowed us to mount the TV in the cabinet and extend it 27 inches so it was past the the cabinet front, 24 inches.

    Harder to mount
Wish it had a better range of motion. Need better mounts for drywall.

    Weak swivel joint
This mount was surprisingly small compared to another that I ordered previouslyMounting Dream MD2413-MX TV Wall Mount Bracket for most of 26-55 Inch LED, LCD, OLED Flat Screen TV with Full Motion Swivel Articulating Arm, up to VESA 400x400mm and 60 LBS with Tilting, for Monitor. While the latter was definitely built of higher quality and much more sturdy, the Mount-It! bracket fulfills its purpose since my 40" flat screen TV only weighs about 15lbs. Although the mount is actually rated for up to 30lbs, I would not dare to put a much higher weight on it. The bracket and motion-extension arm are pretty solid. The weak point, however, is the 360 degree swivel feature which is nothing else but a one-bolt friction connection between the head plate and the extension arm. The horizontal balance of the TV can therefore only be achieved by tightening this bolt as strongly as possible against the bulged metal sheet that is welded to the head plate on 4 points. Those welds are tiny, very weak, and one was already cracked out of the box. Ergo, one must be careful not to over-tight. As a result, it is fairly hard to keep the TV in straight position, especially if you move the arm more frequently. I don't know what the manufacturer tries to accomplish with this "swivel joint" anyway. I would never try to turn my TV vertical. This mount might be better suited for a small computer monitor than a full size TV.In my particular case I am okay because I have it integrated in an entertainment center and don't intent to either touch or move it. However, I would certainly not recommend it if the TV is within reach and there are children in the home.
