Great for the entire family
I use it for my kids and myself. I like them a lot better than the sleep gummies we were using from Olli.

Disappointed
This did not work for me. I had high hopes for this product and bought two bottles. It did nothing for me and did not make me sleepy nor feel well rested. I constantly wake up through out the night and this did not help.

This product is very effective and allowed me to feel well rested the next day. The fact that it is gluten free is invaluable as I have celiac disease too. I tried Genexa Sleepology to see if I could finally get a restful nights sleep. First I tried taking one before bed, since I usually am super sensitive to medications. First problem is I did not like the taste of the pill. I chewed the pill as directed and went to bed. It did nothing to help my sleeplessness, still woke up several times during the night. Then I tried the recommended dosage of 2 pills. It did nothing for me either. I was really hopeful that this product would be the answer to my sleep problem but it is not working for me.AprilW96
