Why would y'all have me open broken glass?
I bought this while item while it was on sale. I was so happy. It arrives with one or more of the glasses broken. I was upset but I was like it's ok I will have it replaced. They say the item can not be replaced because it is out of stock. I think that sucks but ok I will at least get a refund. I go to get the refund and it only offers me 6 dollars back on 11 dollar purchase. I used a promo code because Walmart messed up my last order. This is so trifling.

Ball isn't Ball anymore!
Ball canning supplies aren't what they used to be. Some big corporation bought them and made changes. For one thing, the jars are thinner and have many flaws. One jar had what looked like a crack but it was actually a humongous bubble. How could quality control miss a bubble that covered half of the jar? And the lids have a thinner strip of sealant now plus the metal lid is thinner and several buckled in the canner, not to mention the fact that out of 36 jars I bought, 13 didn't seal! I tried to upload a picture of the faulty jar but couldn't get it to upload.

no packing on sides or bottom
in the shopping app i ordered 3 cases of kars because it said "pick up today". well AFTER I HAD PAID the app said they were oit of stock and had to be shipped. so here is how they shipped... a little brown wrapp thrown on top and nothing on sides and bottom in a thin cardboard box! hairline cracke (unseen once) make jars crack open whe heating to pressure canner temps. plus the contents inside are wasted. im sad to have to go through this

I forfeit a refund because I can't send back.
They came broken And the glass was everywhere I tried to pull out a few because I needed to use them immediately. There's no padding in the box to protect the glass.

Absolutely NOTHING wrong with the ELEVEN jars I received out of a dozen. My issue is with the person who would pack an OPEN box of 11 jars and send to someone who purchased a dozen jars. Not a very good way to treat a customer if you ask me. I did receive a credit for the one jar, which I appreciate, but there is no way the shipper did not know there were only 11 jars in this box. Sad that a company such as Wal-Mart thinks this practice is OK. I don't.

Broken Jar
I was thrilled to find jars period!!! I ordered 4 cases and they were delivered on schedule with lots of packing material in the box but I still had broken glass. The shipping box looked roughed up with one corner smashed in. Incredibly, the jars on that end were all intact but the case in the very middle wasn't as lucky.
