Rock Solid Seating
Very often, the lower the cost of a counter stool the lesser the quality. That's not the case here. The welded steel frame of this stool is crazy strong, I am a big guy and could not get the frame to flex no matter how hard I pushed in every possible direction. Not that I would recommend the practice, but this would be strong enough to stand on if required. Assembly is no more involved than installing four bolts. It took way longer to unpack the stool than it did to assemble it. The manufacturer not only produced a good product, they to car to make sure it will remain in good shape until you are ready to assemble it. Every bit of the stool was protected to ensure it makes it to the end user. Overall, if you need a stool, this could be your answer.

Good But Not Great
Opening The Box - Every part of the metal base was covered in taped foam, so the likelihood of scratches is virtually zero. Setup - Setting this chair up couldn't have been easier. All it takes is four bolts that you install using the included Hex Key or Allen Wrench, and you're finished. Quality - While the seat is incredibly soft to the touch, I am a little concerned it could scratch relatively easily. The height is a bit unusual, I'm 6" tall and I can barely touch the ground while sitting, but putting my feet on the footrest doesn't feel very natural either. The cushioning is adequate, even though the corners of the bottom of the seat could use a bit more. The metal frame seems quite sturdy, but the manual says it has a 250lb maximum. Also, I thought the footrest bar could have been rounded at the back rather than leaving part of it hang off that could easily catch on things. Conclusion - It's a really good looking chair that's really soft to the touch, but the height is a bit odd, and a few other small design flaws make this hard to give more than 4 stars.

    Comfortable and sturdy
    I am extremely satisfied with these counter stools. First of all, I was surprised how soft and supple the faux leather is. I love it!! The legs are powder coated matte finish, tubular steel. The seats are well padded and are a good width. The stool is very sturdy and does not wobble or shake as you sit down. They will blend in with many different decors.

    Easy to assemble; small seat
    This Corey Counter Stool arrived sturdily-packed and already partially assembled, with the seat & back all in one piece, and the legs & underseat frame also all in one piece. The included hardware & tools consisted of 4 bolts and an Allen wrench in a blister-pack card, taped to the seat. The multilingual instructions (both English & French, at least) were pretty minimal; however, minimal assembly instructions were all that was required. After my spouse helped me slide the chair parts out of the box, I was able to assemble the chair unaided. (Assembly will be easiest if you can hang the chair seat over the edge of a table; I used a stack of couch pillows, which provided sufficient height but were slightly unstable.) You just need to line up 4 holes in the chair frame with 4 holes in the underside of the chair seat, insert the 4 bolts, tighten each one partially (to make sure everything's properly aligned), and then finish tightening the 4 bolts. After assembly was complete, my spouse (who is heavier than the 250 lbs. weight capacity listed in the assembly instructions) tried sitting on the Corey Counter Stool. He found it to be sturdy, but thought the seat was a bit on the small side for an adult man. This stool is a breeze to assemble, and just the right height for a kitchen counter; however, the seat size makes it best for children and petite (or at least smallish) adults. If that description fits your family, go for it!

    Great for extra seating!
    I can't wait to use these stools in our new house! It's hard to find good counter height stools but these are great. I love the camel color seat and dark metal bottom. I feel these would look good with a lot of different styles like modern or rustic. A lot of our accent furniture has metal framing so these match perfectly! We have kids so I like that the seat can be wiped for easy cleaning without stain remover too. They're so reasonable we could get another set too, I love budget friendly, quality pieces. Now I definitely want to explore more of this line. Very impressed with Walmart's decor and furniture lately!

    Nice firm chair. Easy to assemble. Hardest part was taking it out of the box, as it was shipped very wrapped. Took it to a park birthday party, and it was used and appreciated. I like it.

    Nice barstool
    If you need a barstool, this is a great one. It wasn't hard to put together. The back/seat part are one piece, and the leg section is one piece. All you have to do is screw the leg section onto the seat section and you're good to go. Hint...put the cushioned seat upside down over the edge of a table to attach the legs. It's much easier that way. The seat is comfortable, and looks nice. I love the color. It's the perfect height for a bar. It comes with four screws, and a hex screwdriver tool.

    These counter stools are sooo cute! They look so high quality and are at such a reasonable price that I ordered 3 of them. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for new bar stools. Only took me about 10 minutes to put together too!
