Good it has tiny scratches on the back but but that's all I can say overall it's pretty good I don't have any more complains about it works completely fine it was already set up for me I just had to download my apps and everything that was fine everything works no complaints just the scratches back but I can care of that with my case thank you.

would've been nice to recieve a working phone
Yes I ordered this phone for my child for Christmas as it's the phone he wanted it's now Feb and he's still not able to use this phone. It gets stuck on the 2cnd step of set up when asks to select your country/region. I've emailed this comp several diff times with no luck on getting this expensive paper wieght turned into an actual usable phone!!

    So far worth it
    I wasn't expecting a perfect phone. Battery is 82%, slight pitting on screen glass. First start up was buggy but resolved after I hard reset phone. Can't complain, it's a ~$100 phone and I feel I've gotten my moneys worth so far. Would buy again.

    Broken speaker
    Fast shipping but the phone came with a broken speaker. When you make calls it either sounds like underwater or heavy radio static. Because everything else worked my son still wanted to keep it.

    Charger port broken.
    The phone was used, hints the previous damage that I was expecting on the hardware. I have had this device for two and a half weeks. The charger port has since stopped working, I've bought multiple chargers in effort to fix this issue but it didn't work.

    Keep scrolling don't waste your money
    I received this iPhone and it didn't work wouldn't even turn on, nothing but paperweight a complete waste of time and money... And to make matters worst I have to wait until two weeks for my refund ?.. do yourself a favor and save the headache Don't purchase not unless you like giving away your hard earned money!??????

    Poor device and even worst customer service!!!
    Was sent a defective item… phone won't charge over 70%, had to be plug in the charger ever 2-3 hours, I had got this phone for a visitor from Jamaica and she is now home with a useless phone… Walmart wants me to pay to return the the from Jamaica to get a refund!!! In doing so I might only get half of what I paid for the phone!!! Please don't buy anything they say is refurbished, I did before and was satisfied so that's why I did it again but no more… in fact I won't be buying anything from Walmart because of a supervisor I spoke to who had a nasty attitude..

    Not refurbished
    I'm not sure what they did to refurbish this as there is a crack on the home button, a crack across the front facing camera, and the battery life is a max of 82%. They didn't change the battery or repair the cracks. There is also a void sticker over the bottom or somebody messed with the screws. There is dirt in the volume on and off switch, as well as in the speakers. I bought refurbished phones for my kids in the past. This is the worst quality refurbishment I have seen.
