Taste Terrible, But Does GREAT Things!
Black Seed Oil has AMAZING properties for your body! And, I love the fact that it's organic and part of the Vitamin Shoppe band family. The taste, if taking orally, is completely acquired. I grimace less now after a couple of months but grimace knowing naturally I am helping my long-term health. Sometimes that's the cost you pay. And, I'd rather pay that cost today than a doctor's co-pay tomorrow.

very unpleasant taste
The black seed oil has a very unpleasant taste. I even tried putting it into our morning smoothie and it ruined the taste.I will be returning it to the store.

    Taking it without tasteing it!!!
    Great product. Results are very good. I take 1-2 teaspoons per day by holding my nose and applying the black seed oil UNDER my tongue due to our taste buds being on top of our tongue. Followed by a glass of water or your favorite juice. It works like a charm each and every time.

    Excellent Black Seed Oil
    The taste is awful. And brings out the holy spirit out of your body. ?? But, one gets used to it after a while. What I do is have a glass with some juice to drink after the spoonful of black seed oil. Helps neutralize the taste. I have to say the taste is not as strong as the more expensive name brand. Black seed oil is great for many things. I take it at night to help me have a good nights sleep. Then in the mornings to start my day. Helps reduce my body aches. And gives me more energy. Also helps reduce my blood pressure. Excellent product overall. The taste is a small price to pay for a product with many benefits.

    Black seed oil
    I ordered the bogo half off special recently. My order was delivered promptly, but there was a mailing issue: one of the bottles I received had a cracked cap which caused leaking and ultimately I resorted to tossing it. VS rep made good on a replacement, for which I am grateful. Lots of handling issues since COVID. Love this oil, great quality and value!

    Horrible taste
    Smells like furniture polish and leaves that tarnish taste in your mouth. Can only take it once a day so I havent seen a benefit because of this. I know the benefits are good but I cant get past the taste.

    Bone Spur Pain Pretty Much Gone
    I didn't start taking this supplement to reduce pain, but a pain I had on my right shoulder, due to a bone spur, is now gone. This was a pain doctors could not resolve, and were talking surgery. It appears that Black Seed Oil resolved whatever inflammation I had on my right shoulder. I had this pain for over a year, and couldn't sleep on my right shoulder. I can now sleep on my right shoulder. In my experience, it is a great supplement for addressing pain due to inflammation.
