does the job
Used to mount a 65 inch flat screen To stud/drywall. I was a little bit apprehensive when I took the parts out of the box. We've not had a wall mount for our flat screens before and psychologically the brackets that screw onto the back of the TV seemed a tad flimsy almost like auto windscreen wiper blade brackets. Of course flat screens aren't heavy like the old Tvs. It's rated to hold up to 120 lbs. assuming the bracket is properly secured to the wall. We have drywall which required screwing into the wooden studs, but it comes with wall plugs for concrete walls. The lag bolts to mount the back plate bracket to the wall are quite substantial as is the back plate itself which alleviated my apprehension about it staying on the wall with the weight of a Tv. It comes with a selection of different size screws, spacers and washers to mount the holding brackets to the TV. Mine was simple and only needed screws and washers. Connecting the brackets to the TV is simple, but if you've never mounted anything substantial to a wall I recommend seeking advice/help as that part is vital. If you have drywall it MUST be anchored to the wall studs. (read the instructions). It has plenty of slots for mounting the back plate and will accept 16 and 24 inch stud spacing. Beyond that the trickiest part is deciding what height you want it mounted. Take your time with this. Once the bracket was mounted to the wall it took two of us to lift the Tv onto the back plate. You hook it over the top and at the bottom there are spring loaded clips to secure it. Once on the wall there was not enough space between the TV and the wall for me to get my hand in to loosen/tighten the clamp to adjust the angle, so we had to take it off to make that slight adjustment then rehang it. Now in place I have no concerns about the stability. It seems well secured. Being on the wall instead of on a stand exposes the cables so you'll need to purchase some kind of channeling to tidy those up if you install it in a situation that would expose them. I purchased an in wall cabling kit which is on my to do list to install. It does the job it is designed to do.

    Easy to turn different angles
I received the Onn. Tilting TV Wall Mount for me to test and give my honest review. This is a 47-80” with a 2” distance from the wall and tilts 12” downward of upward, fitting most flat panel TVs up to 132lbs. The instructions are as easy as they look and I didn’t have to ask for any help. My favorite thing is the secured safety feature on it, because I was worried it would fall. I just bought a new Roku smart tv so I was hesitant at putting this together and using. I usually get someone’s help but I haven’t had any issues with it holding it or positioning. The price for this is a really good buy for the quality of it too because it is a sturdy quality.

    T.V. Wall Mount
The Onn. Tilting 47”-80” TV wall mount comes well packaged with easy to follow instructions. I installed this with my son’s help and we had the T.V. mounted on the wall in about under an hour. I was a little nervous about the quality and security because usually T.V mounts are a lot pricier. This was not the case. This is very well made. The T.V. is safely attached to the wall and seems very sturdy. It looks great! This is a great product. I would highly recommend it.
