Frustrated with the quality
Love the design and the price. I have bought 3 rugs from Nuloom and 2 out of the 3 have factory defects in the stitching where threads are missing. Super disappointed and can't roll it back up and ship back either so you're just stuck with it.

    Absolutley love the carpet. Looks just like a picture . Came sooner then estimated delivery. All rolled up , light weight, thin but thats what I wanted under the heavy dinning table in case I need to move it. Hat to put books aroud edges to put them flat down. Rug has elevated look of dinning area. Would buy again.

    Doesn't really look like the picture. Also my dog peed on it after only having it for a few days and it literally shrunk the rug. Cheap because if it weren't the wouldn't have happened.

    Do not spill an ounce of water or it's ruined.
    Delivery was quick. Package was safe and wonderful. It's such a beautiful rug. I wanted to love it. My son spilled his humidifier's water on it, I tried to clean/try it up right away.. the rug is ruined, completely curled up, totally out of shape. So sad.
