It does the job!
It’s bigger than I thought it would be and it took a few tries to get it connected to WiFi to use the app on my phone. Still learning its features but so far so good. It picks up well!

I ordered this a received a faulty product. It would run a foot and quit. Bonus, it came with animal hair in it so it was clearly USED! I took it back (with hair in baggy) and the return/refund went smoothly. I then two days later was shipped the exact same product! Today I am again returning it, without a refund. I don't know who the “rocket scientists” are that sent it back to me. The label clearly says “returned-defective” and someone wrote ship on it. Additional training in the customer service department is warranted.

    Ionvac 2000 Pros %26 Cons
    I do Love the Robot Vacuum. It has a good amount of power Easy to clean.Goes from Hardwood Floors to Carpet very easily. Little loud on High setting but not unbearable. Surprised by all the dust,dirt %26 hair it picks up even after I have used my Regular vacuum. :-) which I rarely have to use Regular Vacuum now. The Cons were: When I 1st got it I was not Happy with it because it would Bump into stuff very hard. Over time it “Learns”Not to bump so hard.The other thing I don’t like about it is it wants me to change my Internet settings to 2.4 but I don’t know how to do that I will Not tamper with my Internet settings because I don’t know what it will do to my Speed. I also tried to put it on my IPhone Hotspot but No luck It is difficult to connect %26 I don’t have Hours to try to connect it.What saved the Robot from being Returned %26 Refund is The Remote Control it Turns it on %26 I was able to Vacuum with it . Tech support is a Robot so Good Luck w/that In general it’s a Good Robot but if you don’t know how to manipulate Routers %26 Internet . It can be a problem. Google Assistant is Not any Help either.

    Better than the Shark and as good as Roomba
    Vacuum battery last a long time. Does a great job finding it’s way back to the base. Rarely gets stuck under furniture. Remote is a great feature. Wish the dust bin was larger. Also an indicator for a full dust bin would be helpful. The app is easy to use. I have a a lot of floor space so I have 6 auto vacs and this is my second favorite one. I have 2 IHome auto vacs that can mop and vacuum which are my favorite. 1 self emptying shark which is my least favorite and 2 roombas. The roombas are not worth the money. The ion vac by Tzumi works just as well as Roomba for a faction of the cost. Although I can tell that the parts are of poorer quality they still hold up just as long.

    Exceptional value robot vacuum.
    Excellent value considering the vacuum's abilities. This robot vacuum has more features than other more expensive robot vacuums (Eufy, etc). The sensors work very well as the vacuum always avoids dropping off of our second floor through the use of its cliff sensors. The proximity sensors work mostly well too, and if they happen to not sense an object or wall, the bumpers will reorient the vacuum. The replacement parts and battery are widely available, which is an added benefit. You can schedule the robot vacuum to run through the Tzumi app or through Alexa/Google. We use Alexa to control ours, but we mostly use the in-app schedule to have it run twice a day. The vacuum connects to your 2.4ghz WiFi network and has not given us any issues so far. As it runs throughout our home, it will disconnect from one access point (WiFi) to the next without issue/seamlessly as it needs to. You can also guide the vacuum through the app via a virtual controller if you'd like. The unit may not have mapping compared to units that are roughly five times its cost, but it still cleans our entire floor very well. It will occasionally get stuck between dining room chairs, but this is mostly our fault as we've placed its docking station next to our dining room table. Aside from these two very minor issues, this robot vacuum provides an exceptional value considering its abilities and I would highly recommend it.

    pleasantly surprised
    bought this on clearance for $85 i didnt really have great expectations ya know you get what you pay for but i am seriously impressed. with 3 cats and 2 kids this thing is a huge time savor. The only thing i have to do is lift it over our baby gate but if that wasnt there it would go from our hardwood to the carpet no problem. I wish it had the mapping but thats not a deal breaker for me. Going back today to buy one for my mom!!

    An AWESOME Robotic vacuum
    What an AWESOME PRODUCT!! I really wasn't sure I'd like one, but my hubby wanted one. So we ordered it on an evening, and the next day it got here. Really quick delivery! It does a great job too. Our home is brand new, so it did a Great job picking up the miscellaneous carpet threads, when you have new carpet. Thanks Wal-Mart…..We LOVE it!!!

    Hopeful at the price but weak sensor.
    The price is great if you are looking for a robo vac, sadly you will be following it around every 3 minutes because it will get stuck and start beeping. I do like that it has a remote which would be nice if you could see what was wrong and back it up or turn it around, but if it goes from living room to dining room and you can't see it…..be prepared to get up and fix it. The sensor seems weak compared to the other brand I have, which would not let it push under a cabinet or get stuck in a corner. This one seems to keep pushing its self in and cannot maneuver back even though it is not in a tight spot and has plenty of room to turn/back up. You might as well vacuum yourself because this needs too much effort and monitoring. Remote is nice and so is the price but I can't honestly recommend this vac. The picture shows one of the time it got stuck.
