It will not charge. Not sure if its the charger or the board it self. sounds like it is going to be hard to get a refund.

    It's crap….It's bigggg ol crap
    Bought for Christmas my son didn't try it till recently and it worked maybe a half hour-45 mins. Sounded like it was dead and now won't turn on. According to the charger, it's fully charged.

    Price point was key when buying this. Added bonus was the lights and Bluetooth speakers. All is fine so far, but when you turn it on, it's in another language and i can't figure out how to change if or if it's even possible to.

    DO NOT BUY
    Ordered 2, 1 wouldn't charge or power on, didn't realize it until the week before Christmas. 2nd hover board did the same thing 4 weeks after Christmas. Walmart won't accept the returns, the seller won't respond

    Bought two. One worked fine. The other didn't charge or power on. Contacted the vendor multiple times by phone and email. No response at all. Finally contacted Walmart.com and then issued me a refund for the hoverboard and insurance. They found me another one even better and more expensive than the original one and gave it to me for the black Friday Price I paid. I'm FINALLY satisfied!
