Pay for the assembly
I bought this trampoline last summer, and it's been great. I chose it for the higher weight limit at a decent price. I knew the neighbor kids would be over, and I was right. They use this almost daily, even after being in gymnastics. My one recommendation is to pay for the assembly if you don't have another adult to help. It was a huge pain putting this together. I ended up doing it in steps, and was already sick of it by the time the base trampoline was set up. It was so not worth saving the $99 or whatever it was. The directions are some non-proofed foreign translation that vaguely tells you what to do. After some cursing, you will figure it out.

    Great trampoline and great customer service
    We purchased this trampoline a little over 1 year ago and it has proven to be very sturdy. The bounce is amazing. With the higher weight limit, I am able to jump on it with my children and they get some serious bounce going! The kids love it and use it several times a week. We paid for someone to set up the trampoline for us and it was set up within an hour by two people. We left the trampoline outside all winter long and it held up in the weather. We did clean snow off of it if we had a big snow storm, but there was no rust on any part of it come spring time. It survived a bad hail storm last year (there was no damage, except to one of the stakes from the strong wind), but this year, we had another storm with some very strong wind, and one of the net poles was bent inward a little. We contacted Brandline to get a replacement pole, and they responded promptly and have offered to replace the part at no cost. I would buy from Brandline again and recommend them to others.

    Easy Assembly
    I rarely write reviews, but after researching FOREVER for a trampoline and reading pros and cons, I thought I would offer my thoughts on previous reviews and this product. First of all, we love this trampoline and the higher weight capacity. The 14 ft size was perfect for our yard, and is plenty big for our 2 kids and myself to jump at the same time. ASSEMBLY - I have read a few negative reviews on the assembly of this trampoline, so was preparing for the worst. However, I put this together by myself, in under 2 hours. If I had help it would have gone much faster. Net and everything. Its very easy to install. I had the frame and all springs attached quickly, and was test jumping on it within 45 minutes or so. The net takes about an hour, but its really easy. Zero tools required for assembly. Just open the boxes and start.

    This is an excellent product, a lot of thought has gone into making it durable and safe! The customer service is also great. My delivery experience was similar to other reviewers, we initially received 2 out of the 3 boxes. the 3rd box was still in transit and we received it the following day. Definitely recommend this brand of trampoline.

    Stable and Solid
    We purchased the 15 trampoline based on reviews from various companies that said Zupapa was a sturdy brand. When we moved into our house in 2019, the owners left a large trampoline. Our children loved it, but it needed a new safety net. Since our kids have many years of trampoline use remaining, we decided to purchase a new one. Pros - it came with a rain cover which will be nice for pollen season. - it comes with the spring pull tool and gloves to avoid pinching - the instructions are clear Cons - it took my husband and I ~5 hours to assemble - netting is not as tight as other brands, worried that it might tear more easily. Preferred a reinforced net top, this is just sewn over. - the bolt tool for the net tube clamps is HORRIBLE. If you use your own tools to make fastening it easier, youll need metric. Over all I am pleased. I hope it holds up, as we paid twice as much as other brands.

    JUMPING LIKE A KID AGAIN
    Very good product. Two teenage girls put the whole thing together. Need more emphasis in the instruction manual on the every 5th spring install on the initial setup. The girls missed that step and had to backup and start over. Maybe put that step in CAPS and BOLD LETTERS.
