Worth every penny
Super comfortable, very impressed. I was a little skeptical at first with the whole "mattress in a box", but its actually amazing watching it work its magic. I let it sit for 3 days and it plumped right up. My picture shows 9inches with the tape measure and its supposed to be a 10 inch mattress (maybe it needs a little more time, i don't know)? My sister in law slept on it for about 5-6 hours after a long flight to visit. Now, this is where it gets interesting, for reference, she is 5'9 and 195 lbs and suffers from arthritis, with that being said, she LOVES this mattress and is going to get one, she said she slept like a baby and even felt good when she got up. When she likes something that helps relieve her pain from arthritis, "trust her opinion". Super plush, very supportive and comforms to your body. My other picture shows the mattress after she slept on it and it does show some waves and a little sinking, but, that could be normal considering its new or maybe it needs a little while to plump itself back up because its memory foam and gel. Overall, this mattress gets a thumbs up for sure!!!

This was not a 13” mattress. 9.5” at corners, and maximum of 10.5-11” for remainder. It was given time to expand, before slept on, but a month later remains unexpanded! Very dissatisfied!

    disappointed only 5 inches
    I ordered the 12 inch and I have let it sit for more than 3 days. the middle is about 8 inches but the ends are only 5 inches. I honestly did not think it would happen to me. now what ? I'll let you know how the return or refund goes. im so disappointed.

    Disappointed
    Five days after I opened the box and settled the matters on the bed it was only 6” when I was told to wait 72 hours to reach 12”. Also, one corner was missing a piece of the center foam, there was an empty space there. I don't or can't say the product is bad. What I'm expressing is that the one I received was not good.

    Had this open for 3 days and one end is still only 2 inches, the other end is around 3, and the middle is about 5 inches. I'll give it another day, but I doubt if it will get to 8 inches. The paper that came with it stated that it was manufactured May 2019.

    I want one now!
    This mattress came boxed, like many I've had before. Those were fine but this one has me jealous of my 13 year old daughter that has it on her bed. There was a bit of a plastic? scent on it coming out of the box, but after a day of sitting out and fluffing up that scent went away. My daughter tried it on her bed after the first 24 hours and loves it. No lumps, bumps or pokey springs. Immediately on her bed we both tried it and noticed a small lean to one side but over the following week that went away. Perhaps it was just still fluffing up or maybe it was her bed frame. Since i didn't want to put her old mattress out in the garage, i stored it under the Zinus one. She has a higher bed but loves the Zinus. She is sleeping better than she has in years, honestly. When I need a new mattress for my bed, this is the kind I will order. It's foamy soft, yet firm, it sculpts to your body. She had a memory foam topper on her last matress, but this is better she says. The only con I can find is that it isn't flippable. It has a definite bottom and top. Maybe foam ones don't need to be flipped. I will find out! All in all, a great matress. All of our sheets fit great too!

    COMFORTABLE and affordable! Just perfect!
    I have heard great things about the ZINUS 10” Green Tea Pressure Relief Gel Memory Foam Mattress and was excited to see this on my list to try. We picked the twin size mattress for my son's bed since his mattress was a little older and box spring style. The mattress comes packed very tight and needs to be opened and settle for at least 48 hours according to the directions. We let it settle for 24 hours and it was perfect. It fit the twin bed and linen perfectly. I tested the bed and it was so comfortable. It was firm but not hard like a table or too soft that I sank into it. I am a slide sleeper who moves around a lot. It was the best mattress I have ever tried. My son slept on it that night and said it was very comfortable and that he loved it. He sleeps on his back and sides and moves a lot during the night. Since he has been using the new mattress he says he does not move around as much and does not wake up often in the middle of the night. He has been sleeping on it since and does not want to go back to the older mattress. I highly recommend this mattress.

    Firm yet Plush!
    This is a memory foam mattress. The twin size fits the twin bed frame snuggly. This does take a 72 hours to expand from packaging and smell to dissipate. MAKE SURE that you give the proper space for this mattress to expand and shape, I did not and the corners on one end are a little off shape(slightly pinched). We own a few different memory foam mattresses and this one is used for the kids bunks. While this is "firm" as typical of memory foam, this also has a plush softness when you lie down. None of our others has this plush feel to it. This has a zip cover which so far isn't tight (this has a little give). We don't have any issues with memory foam and this one will seem to be a good quality and high level of comfort. If you sleep on the side of this mattress you may feel like you will fall off since it will dip if you keep to the edge.

    Best memory foam mattress ever
    I loved watching the mattress puff up when I put it on the bed. It has several base layers to help keep anyone cool and comfortable. 2.5 inches cooling gel memory foam, 3 inches pressure-relieving open-cell comfort foam and 4.5 inches durable high-density base support foam offer conforming comfort, improved airflow and customized support. The open-air pockets in the middle layer of comfort foam encourage airflow so she doesn't overheat like she usually does. It also adds extra comfort beneath areas that need it most, like the shoulders, hips and knees. ActivCharocal microparticles effectively block moisture that would otherwise lead to smells lingering on the mattress. I love that it comes right to my house and has such a superb 10-year warranty.

    Actually helps with bad back
    I wasnt sure how I was going to like this with my bad back, but decided to try because I needed something. This takes a day or 2 to fully expand. I put on my bed and had a very good nights sleep. It did not sink in and was not to soft. I also was surprised at how much cooler I stayed. I get very hot at night even with my fan and air. This helps keep your body temperature down really well. Now I am going to have to get another one for hubbys bed. We have adjustable beds and these work really well with it.
