Still works. Use on airplanes to keep germs out.
Zicam still works decent, even though they took the zinc out, which made it work superb. But leave it to the dummies to squirt it to hard up their nose

    Nose swap for Covid preventive care.
    I use the Zicam not as a spray but with a q-tip to swab my nose after being in public around people without masks.

    Works amazing but is expensive
    Really helps clear congestion and cold symptoms. I like the spray because it drips to the back of the throat and clears your throat. The gel swabs are good also. Wish it wasnt so expensive. You really have to start early at first sign of congestion. And it really helps!

    When used at the first sign or sinus or cold symptoms, this has always helped me either stop or shorten issues. Always have on hand wherever I go. Her the way the tablets taste and feel the swabs are wasteful, so the spray is perfect.
