Zahler Vitamin D3 supports your immune system and healthy bones. It aids in the absorption of calcium and phosphorus. Having the right amount of Vitamin d3, calcium as well as phosphorus for keeping strong bones. Although this is a great Vitamin. It's dose is high ( 50,000) so you can take it once a week. Anymore than that I would consult your Doctor first. It's in capsule form and is small so it is easy to swallow. I have had no problem taking this at all and have reaped the benefits.

I have actually been looking for a good source of vitamin D3, so this was a nice product to try out! I have had a couple dental procedures done, and heard that vitamin D3 is good for strengthening bones (including teeth/jaw bone) and figured I should give it a go. I love that this product supports both healthy bones and immune system because I also have asthma, which my immune system isn't great when it comes to allergies! It is a pretty small capsule, which I personally don't have a problem taking. I really like that the bottle lasts a few months rather than only one as well. It's easy to take with food and truly helps you to feel your best.

I've been taking this brand in other supplements and figured I'd give them a try. They are easy to swallow with no after taste. These are a higher IU than a lot of others so one a day is plenty.
