Great price to get several
Great for the price. If in doubt, bring it to your doctor to calibrate. I have 5 or 6 of them now. I just leave them in different places around the house.

    Zacurate Oximeter is very slow and inaccurate.
    I already had a good oximeter to compare this one to... sadly, the new Zucurate is pathetically slow, and it only brings up near-normal numbers occasionally. My good/old oximeter by ReliOn still works quickly and accurately every time, just like the day I bought it six years ago. (Please bring it back, Walmart!)

    Praise for Finger Pulse oximeter
    Fair price for an ease of mind device. This finger pulse oximeter allowed me to check on our oxygen levels while we had Covid-19. My husband had a severe cough. This device kept me from worrying. Large numbers make it easy to read without glasses. Has its own lanyard. Excellent product for price.

    Don't take the readings seriously
    I purchased 2 of them, I put one on each hand (same finger) and the oxygen levels were the same but the pulse was 55 bpm different between the 2 and neither of them was accurate. After they are on for 45 seconds or more they seem to zero in on your actual numbers so don't take the results to seriously.

    I works okay sometimes. Sometimes not. I need to return it and get a more reliable one. When it comes to medical devices you want ones that work ALL the time.

    The monitor works well, however I almost returned it as initially it did not work, turned out they had sent dead batteries, once I put in new batteries things worked well.

    Exactly What I Expected
    I saw a few negative reviews but the majority were positive so I ordered it. The unit arrived sooner than predicted and the box and the device are both branded with the Zacurate name. The two included AAA batteries must be installed parallel (not opposite) which could explain some negative comments about the batteries. The unit starts up quickly and will stay on while it detects a pulse, then auto-shuts after you take it off your finger. The display is easily readable and shows each pulse throb. The O2 and pulse rate readings for my wife and I seem accurate and plausible though I have no other device to compare. I can't comment on battery life as I've had it for just a week. What more can one ask? I am a satisfied customer!

    Being on Guard
    After using the Pulse Oximeter several times I feel it is very accurate with my readings at my doctor's office. The reason I ordered it was because my son-in-law had contracted COVID (Delta) and his oxygen dropped drastically. He ended up in the hospital, 10 days in ICU alone. Since I have a fairly low normal oxygen level, I thought it would be smart to have a pulse oximeter at home. I am elderly and have not had COVID. I'm trying to protect myself as best I can.
