Not what I expected
I ordered these weights because it said the weight was removable. The only thing that can be adjusted is to Strap. There is Sand in the weight pockets; Not Metal.? The Sand is not removable and why would you want to do that anyway? They are too heavy to walk in. These ankle weights were definitely not meant for women so I gave them to my Son. The only thing good about these weights were the price.

    Nice ankle weights
    I like that the weights are adjustable starting at one pound each. I found it a bit hard to maneuver the weight pocket to take out weights I don't need yet. The price was reasonable and on sale!
