Shipping needs work...
Shipping needs work. Rather than boxing the item, they simply wrapped in plastic (thin plastic).. item came with minor blemishes and scuffs. In fact UPS driver would not leave until I examined and said that he has not seen anyone ship that way. He was surprised that I accepted.

I love the chair it's just after using it only twice it started to rust. How awful do the orange rust spots look on this all black chair.
