Better than the real thing!!!
I hardly ever use real eggs with this around. No egg shells to worry about. It's quick and easy. Make Angel Food Cake in a jiffy. Wonderful.

    Amazing for decorating cookies
    We do a Christmas cookie decorating party every year and I make all the icing. This year, I bought this to make true royal icing. It was so easy to make and work with! It mixed up in minutes and made a lot of icing. The icing went on easily and dried nice and hard, just as expected. I will only use this meringue every year. Definitely worth it!
