I have only had these for a weeks when I could not hear sound very well out of the right earphone. The left worked for a little while longer but then it stopped working. I thought maybe it was that they needed to be fully charged, that did not work. I had connected them to my three devices at some point or another and they had worked on all three. Now I do not know what to do because I have no idea about what kind of warranty they have.

    The manual is quite difficult to understand and the headphones do not appear to have a volume control. I am using with a bluetooth transmitter that has no volume control so volume will vary depending on the audio out of my TV.
