Great oil for deepfryers
I use canola oil mainly for my deepfryer. My fries, onion rings and tater tots tastewonderful and the oil does not burn.

Forming oil
So I don't know if this is me or what but boy this oil is forming like crazy when u add stuff to it make a mess on my stove I change my pots but same thing this never happened before

    Wesson oil is the greatest for frying French Fries.... Fries are not as greasy as with other oil... I always use Canola Oil Beside the fast delivery WALMART PROVIDES...

    Inexpensive Oil
    Use Canola for baking and frying. I like to keep the gallon down the basement and use it to refil a smaller container in my cabinet. Always use it for frying tortillas.

    Delivery issues with oil
    I have no problem with the oil. It works great for frying and sauteing. However, this is the first time I had it delivered to my home and to my dismay the cap was missing. Luckily the seal was there and intact. But come on, a missing cap? I don't know how I'm supposed to even process that. Someone between Walmart and FedEx needs to do better. I won't purchase it for delivery again.

    Wesson is great frying oil! I like it because it's not greasy on your food. It doesn't burn bottom of pan when frying. It's great to use to rub bottom of baking dish to keep food from sticking. It wipes clean. Just pure fresh oil I love.
