Don't buy it.
Last two times I ordered this it was oily and gritty. Some of the capsules were opened. Try Puritans pride . They were great.

    Good Liver Detox
    I had company visiting and we had quite a few cocktails over the week so I felt my liver needed some help! The capsules were easily swallowed and I lost a few pounds after a week of taking these. I felt lighter and had more energy almost immediately.
