A defective product.
I plan to return my WP-310 as I was very surprised and disappointed that it didn't work properly from the very beginning. I have another water pick I've been using for a couple of years without any problems. I made this purchase so I could put it in my second bathroom for my convenience. The fact that it doesn't work must be a fluke.

    compact and easy to use
    this one is similar to the original water pik system I originally had, years ago, this unit is much smaller but it works great to get the food particles out of your teeth! I prefer the gentler setting which doesn't bother your gums, I'm glad it has the gentle setting and also a more stronger setting for really stubborn pieces of food. Just be careful with your gums, esp if you have sensitive gums! the water flosser is a little bit messy, esp. if you forget to turn off the water flow before you remove the wand out of your mouth, water will go everywhere! I would recommend this product!

    Feels good on th e gums/cleans exceptionally well
    Love, love, love this device! Works very well. Along with brushing, this device makes my teeth feel like they do right after having them cleaned by the dentist. Recommend to all for cleaner teeth!
