works great until internal corrosion kills it
These things really clean your gums until one day they fail to work at all. I think the watertight battery compartment leaks anyway, and corrosion starts after that. It probably drains the batteries as well, and then the water corrodes the power switch. The price point on this unit is so low it is obvious they cut corners on anything related to quality, so you gets what you pays for. It will last a year or less then fail from internal corrosion is the story. A bit arbitrary but I expect a product like this to make it to 3 years or so. Not really recommended therefore.

    Good, but has a design flaw
    There are a lot of things to like about this model. It's easy to use, the right size, comes with an extra head ... overall I'm happy with it, but the battery compartment is nuts. It's right at the bottom connected to where the water is stored, so the consumer is expected to add a layer of Vaseline in the battery compartment to keep water from seeping in. We had to go out and buy Vaseline before we could even use this for the first time. Seems like this could have been designed better.

    Cordless Waterpik flosser
    I'm afraid that I'm terribly disappointed with this product. 4 years ago I purchased the Waterpik corded flosser (WP-663), and found it exceptional; I use it only at the highest pressure setting. The cordless model specs claim it can perform at 3/4 the max pressure of the WP-663, but I highly doubt that; the water pressure from the WF-02W010 cordless is horribly wimpy by comparison! If I could I return it, I definitely would.

    Amazing Water Pik!
    Love this water pik! It's super strong and gets the job down. Unfortunately I had a bad “cap” that food gets lodged in. We also use rechargeable batteries. Unbelievable power. I was first concerned it may take my cap off lol. Does have a lower speed as well.

    Powerful and useful.
    I cannot believe it the amount of little particles this small device can clean. I thought I was doing a good brushing of my teeth, but this device take off all the residue of my mouth .At the beginning is a little hard and painful but with time you get used to it.

    Very happy with my flosser
    I love this flosser. It works very good. Very easy to use. Seems to work very well. I've only had it a couple of weeks. I had a different kind of flosser before this one but this is my favorite one. I'm at very satisfied with this purchase and I would definitely recommend this flosser to others.

    Amazing product!
    Amazing product! Waterpik is really effective in removing food particles and especially the medium sized particles that is unreachable by regular flossing and tooth brushing. Definitely recommended this product! I combine the use of waterpik with regular dental flossing, and the result is amazing!

    It does its job!
    I bought this because I dislike flossing a LOT and thought this might be easier than fighting with stringy floss. It was. It takes a little time but soon enough the water will be going in your mouth where it belongs, instead of up your nose and the bathroom mirror. And it works! Could not believe all the stuff that came out of my teeth even though I brush three times a day! The batteries that came with it didn't last for long, which is why I docked 1 star but the second batch is still going so there's that. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase!

    Love this waterpik
    I wasn't sure that I would like using a waterpik. My dentist suggested that I get one, since I have implants and food could possibly get stuck under the tooth. I've always used dental floss. This waterpik is so much nicer and easier. It can remove anything that might be caught under the implant. I highly recommend this waterpik.
