T-Mobile on a budget, but be computer savvy.
TMobile Service at half the price. Just never use the customer service as it is terrible. But if you just want to use a website to monitor and pay for your phone service, cannot beat. I use unlocked GSM phones that I travel with in Europe and never had a problem with the service or switching phones.

I paid for my phone service to be renewed phone was turned on now it is turned back off just because I called and complained about my renewal date and decided that I would leave by the time it was time to renew my plan

    phone internet needs to be as good as hotspot

    bought this tried to redeem it but phone wasn't working no matter what tried again said it had been used HOW my phone wont connect says i have no number all going to the trash never again dont use unless you have a compatible smart phone doesnt work on family mobile flip phones anymore

    You get what you pay for
    I use this service because it's the cheapest and I mostly just text and browse the web and i am usually in places with good Wi-Fi.Texting works good but internet is often slow especially during peak hours. Calling doesn't always sound nice but I rarely try to talk on phone anyway.

    I use Family Mobile Prepaid Cards and Never Had a Problem it gives you an option to have it directly added to your phone and that works great for me.

    lesson learned
    I misplaced the email with the pin number and I called Walmart customer service and they could not resend it. So lesson learned, don't misplace the email!

    Not Happy!!
    Ordered Oct.4th never received a pin. Called in one rep. said to cancel transaction .Well i tried. You can't. Called back another rep. told me that they can't cancel either. He passed info. to higher up. They sent me another email stating that they resent the email. Never got email with the pin,didn't get no other emails. Had to file a dispute and wait for my money.

    Worst service ever!
    This is the worst phone service I have ever had. If you don't have it, do not get it! I've been a customer for over two years and I have travel every month paying my bill I've been trying to pay it for over 8 hours now they had no problem taking my money off of my bank account but my phone is still not on! It has gotten harder and harder each month it is ridiculous
