Cooling fan doesnt work as intended
Cooling fan came a few days before expected which was nice. We purchase different it for our PS4 regular version and although it fit well and blended with the system it did not do what it was intented to do. The Turbo option did not do anything different from the other settings additionally it did not cool down my system as my system had to be shut down multiple times while this fan was in use. I reached out to customer service who rather than allow me to return and receive a full refund basically forced me to keep the item and get a refund for a partial amount to me this is not great customer service as I told them the item did not work as intended. Needless to say the item will be in the trash and I would not recommend buying from this seller as you may experience what I have.
