Part of my morning routine now
This has become my go to. I take it with my breakfast. I travel A LOT for work and this has kept me going...I've even taken it through airport security. And I think the turmeric is helping reduce the inflammation in my knees. This and the red Wellness shot are keeping me going. Loving this brand!

    I prefer this flavor to original, it's sweet but peppery! Buying the 12ct is great so that I can just always have them on hand in my fridge. I grab a shot anytime I feel like I'm on the verge of getting sick or just need a little vitamin boost.
