Not the best
The taste was very off, and judging by the comments I think I may have just gotten a bad batch, but each time I tried to eat these I would get physically sick to my stomach, so I tried to lower the flashes to only 1 or 2 a day and would still get sick right after taking it so I had to throw away. Switched brands and don't have that issue anymore.

    Love these vitamins!
    I was having a lot of hair loss, likely from having COVID. Could be nothing more than a coincidence, but within about 10 days of starting these vitamins, the hair loss slowed significantly, and I am now losing less hair than my normal before. I'm also only taking 2 of these a day, not 3 as recommended.

    I love this supplement. I have been taking Hair Skin and Nails for years for my nails to keep my hair healthy. When my fiance started losing his hair, I started giving him 3 per day and he has regrown hair in his * male pattern balding* area. Granted, it is not a head full of hair, but it it came in thinly at first and he now has hair in the entire area except the back where it did not regrow.

    I receive a sample of this vitamin from Smiley360. Here is my honest opinion. Tomorrow I finish the Free Sample of For Gorgeous Hair, Skin and Nails. I loved the taste, but the serving size was three gummies. That's quite a mouthful. The bottle is large and only lasts a month. The nutritional breakdown is very similar to my regular multi vitamin, but contained more percentage-wise of many of the individual vitamins. Many were over 100%. I was hoping that I'd notice some positive differences in my nails and hair. As I've aged, my nails are much more brittle and my hair is dry and frizzy looking. Unfortunately, I didn't notice any difference. I was happy to try these Vitamins, but I'm not sure they are for me.
