I love these exercises. They are great stretches for the back, and it is good for beginners.

Awfully awful
So. Slow. I was hopeful it would be of benefit but unfortunately I couldn't stay awake long enough to complete the program. Guidance was very monotone and doesn't keep you engaged.

    Excellent DVD, easy to folow.
    We had never done yoga before but were interested in this DVD so my husband could keep his back in shape after healing a herniated disc. The opening lecture was very informative, the tutorial instructions clear and easy to follow, and we like both of the workouts. We definitely plan to use this DVD on a regular basis and always feel great when we finish.
