The wheels do not roll
Looks pretty and quality looks good but when my girl wear it it doesn't roll like her old pair Stryde Girls' Adjustable Inline Skates, Purple/White. She can't roll wearing it and can only walk in them.

    Bad rollerskates not worth your money
    No real support for your ankles. The top section wobbles around with your every move. The insert slides around and squeaks. Not happy at all with my purchase. Don't buy these! Go for a pair of Bladerunner rollerblades, now that gives you real support, great ride, and no squeaks! Bladerunner is the best for me!

    Stiff Wheels? Read this!
    These skates are great! Easy to adjust with the side button, easy to cinch down for a secure fit. For the reviewer who said the wheels are stiff- yes they are upon arrival! I had the same issue so I looked on their website in the help section and found this information. It did the trick for us! Sharing here to help others with the same concern. Thank you for your recent purchase! Have you noticed that one or two rollers don't spin as smoothly as the rest? We have a solution! With any skates that arrive factory direct, they require an initial inspection and regular maintenance. The factory uses a heavy grease to protect the bearings before they get to you. The bearings within the rollers require regular maintenance. If you notice a roller sticking, you can spray a tiny bit of brake cleaner on the bearings and spin them until they loosen up. Keep in mind that there are two bearings on each wheel, one on either side. Once the bearings are fully covered with the brake cleaner, let them dry for a while. We recommend a day or so. Then use a little bit of WD-40. Now your skates are ready to use again!
