Immediate Relief
Vicks is a brand I completely trust! I'm so happy Vicks has an immediate sore throat relief. Vapor Cool sore throat spray is the perfect relief to my sore throat. When I sprayed my throat the pain was immediately numbed. The flavor is a cool winter frost. It tasted good. The pain relief lasted for enough time so I was able to sleep pain free. Vicks continues to be a brand for myself and my family.

Words cannot describe.One spray and your entire mouth and throat will be numb... which is great for when the smell/taste catches up with you and you start to feel like you're going to throw up. I've never tasted any throat spray, lozenge, or medication that tastes as disgusting as this. I would only give this to my worst enemy and even then I'd feel guilty doing it.Heather

I have chloraseptic in the cabinet, but it wasn't helping much. Anyway, I was like okay.. let me try this then since it's obviously meant to be. O...M...G. It numbed everything completely. LOL, I thought I might have to call an ambulance for a minute.. I couldn't feel the irritation of my throat anymore at all. Swallowing felt very weird, almost as if it was closing in. Bonus, the menthol drifts up to your nose if you have a stopped up nose. Definitely recommend this product. Once you get over the inability to feel yourself swallow, the throat areas feels much better! Seriously, that weird feeling goes away after a minute and relief hits.Jessica

I felt like I sprayed hydrochloric acid in my throat. I had to stop myself from throwing up. I immediately couldn't stop coughing and dry heaving. Now my whole mouth is numb and throat is on fire. I'm hoping to return this product. I don't know if it's the massive amount of mint flavoring or what, but it's horrible and should not be used if you have a sore throat. I can't believe it has good reviews i'm seriously in shock. My throat hurts worse than it did when I had Covid.Unknown

As this tricked down my throat and the back of my tongue, I started to lose the ability to feel my own swallowing. That's probably why the directions say "gargle and spit out," but how do you spit out a throat spray from the back of your throat?! And who thought menthol was a good idea? Menthol is what you rub on your chest or on sore muscles, but in a throat raw from coughing it BURNS! And finally this product says only use 4 times a day, not every 2 hours like less painful products. There's a reason we go to Vicks for vap-o-rub and elsewhere for throat spray.Unknown

The effectiveness is probably the most out of them all as well, it's literally instant relief. The nozzle allows you to spray exactly where it's needed. Definitely does what it's supposed to!Muah

This product is made to offer temporary relief for minor sore throat pain, and I have to say that it actually works. Just spray VapoCool to affected area in your mouth/throat for a cooling, soothing relief. This spray contains a small percentage of oral anesthetic to provide relief from throat pain. It is important to gargle or swish around in mouth to numb the affected area. The spray can be safely used up to four times a day. The pleasant winter frost flavor will leave your throat with a cooling sensation less irritation.greg411

She always has a horrible sore throat and needs the spray to get some relief. The Vicks Vapor is by far the best sore throat spray we have used, it coates the throat and numbs it so she isn't in so much pain. It seems to last longer than other brands we have tried in the past also. My daughter said that this has helped the most with trying to deal with a horrible cold this winter.Melhole
