DayQuil to the Rescue
DayQuil to my rescue, what a bad and horrible day I was having. I hate being sick and having 4 girls that go to school and have games and practices, I need to be my best. Thanks to DayQuil my fever and congestion was gone in no time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Disappointing
Nothing like what I originally ordered. Not only did I get no notification about their being a substitute , or wasn't even a similar product! Very irritated.

    To ensure efficient, effective communication to customers using this product when they're sick, it would be beneficial to have dosage information printed somewhere on the actual package. I LOVE this product, which is why I'm rating it a 3 right now instead of a 1. When you feel like you've been hit by a Mack Truck as your first dosage of DayQuil wears off, and go to the package to see how many you should take and how often, the last thing you should have to do is have to go look this information up online. All you really want to know when you're sick and grabbing your medicine is "How much of this do I take? and How Often" - which leads me to the next big concern.Why aren't dosage recommendations based on weight? I ask this because a few days ago my dog was at the Vet, and they administered Bingo's flea, tick, and heartworm medication based on his weight. As I went online to find out how much DayQuil I should be taking and how often, I noticed the charts right on the Vicks website are based on age. As medicine enters person's body, weight -not age- could play major factor in how much is needed and how often. I sure hope the human medical profession fixes this fast, because it's a sad day when our pets are getting better, more accurate, standardized medicine dosages than we are!

    pills are too thick. I've choked on them every time. Need to be taken in front of another adult so they can do CPR.

    You guys ever think of making a smaller size capsule? These are the best OTC cold remedy on the market, but taking four small pills would be so much better than trying to choke these horse pills down while contending with a stuffy nose and sore throat. Thanks for listening!

    Woke up feeling extremely sick - fever, coughing, tired, sore throat, headache, muscle pain and loss of taste. I popped a couple of pills and headed of to work. By the time I got there I felt fine, I was my usual super fantastic loving person. I even hugged and shared my cup of coffee with a couple of business connection from out of town. No one noticed anything - not a single funny look all day long. All was good. Love this product

    Woke up coughing, sore throat, slight headache. Took while getting ready for work. By the time I got to work, all symptoms were suppressed and gone for 7 hours. Easy to open, easy to swallow and easy day with no weird looks in the office. A go to for sure.
