Good product, bad shipping company
Calcium chew is good, doc says levels are stable. But need to use a different shipping company, FedEx is crap. Couldn't walk five more feet and put it by the door.

Boxes of Viactive chews had been opened
Both boxes of these chews had been opened and were loose in the package. It was obvious the boxes had been tampered with. This is the second time this has happened.

    Walmart and Viactiv packaging seriously flawed
    Viactiv box arrived unsealed, open with contents spilled over bird seed bags in box. Walmart fulfillment center employees need better training. This is an edible product, I have no way of knowing when the Viactiv box was opened or if it was tampered with. Purchasing from another source might be best option....

    Great product, awful handling by Walmart
    The container of 100 chews arrived with the safety seal open and chews loose—some in the plastic container and others in the bottom of the shipping box. We counted the chews, and there were over 100, which told us that they were loose BEFORE walmart packed and shipped to us. Gross!! We complained, processed a return, and reordered. Exact same situation! This time we emphasized to Walmart the safety concerns of being sent potentially tampered products. They apologized, refunded again, and also sent a $10 coupon. That's great—the only problem is we are now afraid they will do this again. Would like some assurance that the issue is being dealt with at the warehouse. Submitting this review in hopes it gets attention from Walmart.

    When can we expect to get Caltrate back on the she
    I would prefer the Caltrate calcium chews but they are no longer on the shelf. So I have to buy the more expensive ones Viactiv. I need the chews ue to having gastric by-pass. The tablets go straight through without dissolving.

    Perhaps a store purchase is better than shipping
    I like to be fair. I have bought this product for years at my local Walmart without a problem. But recently, I have noticed that Viactiv calcium chews delivered to my home or shipped lack the freshness and consistency as the ones bought at the store. In other words, the calcium chews shipped or delivered become too soft and as a result they stick to wrapper and are difficult to remove. The Texas hot weather has probably something to do with it. Perhaps this product sits in a car or van too long before it gets to its destination.

    Vitamins were not sealed. Additives perfect.
    The vitamins were scattered inside the shipping bag. I’m not sure if they blew up in transit or opened before shipping. Can you possibly replaced these orders with sealed containers?
