BEST PHONES EVER
LOVE THESE PHONES!! Easy to set up. Automatically in sync with my voice mail from my service provider that I have had for several years. AND I can easily block all those robots calls with 1 button!!! Sound is great, absolutely in love with this set of phones!!

Did not last six months and a week.
I ordered this just over six months ago. Last week, one of the handsets could not find the base. Today the other is the same. VTECH customer "service" is no use at all. Nor are any of the online searches I've done. I would like to return this item for a refund.

    Do not buy
    So, watch this as phones are not under standard 90 day policy for returns- appears you get two weeks on them. So, I will be giving these Vtech phones away. The backlight on them is non existent, they look like something has shorted and no longer lights up properly. Horrible product so do not buy them if you need this feature, the backlight is a joke!

    I Can Hear Clearly Now!
    This is a great basic cordless phone system. The sound quality and features of the phones are just what I needed and the price is right! The batteries stay charged for hours of cordless use without having to return them to the charging stands. I am familiar with the vtech brand and I never had a problem with there products. I highly recommend this product!

    Decent phone for the price
    Until I get used to the settings and trying to retrieve my missed calls it will be a good phone . The only down fall is not buying a phone that lets you know you have missed calls unless you look at the face of the phone! An indicator light would have been better!

    pretty good phone
    i like the phone. my only compliant is the battery does not seem to last as long as i think it should. if i have a conversation that lasts 2-3 hours, my battery shows it has reduced to only 2 bars (there's a total of 4 bars). im satisfied with the purchase.

    Buy at your own risk
    returned the next day. Would not ring when my landline was plugged in. I unplug the landline and the VTech would ring (the VTech is located at the other end of the house, reason for the cordless). Speaker quality was excellent, both in listening and speaking (on the other end) .

    This is a good phone for the money. It does most things very well, except for one thing. The display numbers are very small, there is little or no light to help you see the menu. This makes the phone difficult to use, and I must return it. I have never had this problem with any other phone.
