So far so good
For the price, I believe I got a pretty good value. The phone does have a few scratches on the screen and the battery life was 83%, but it was the lowest price anywhere. So I'm happy.

Highly upset and disappointed with purchase
The phone is covered in scratches all over the outside and the screen has some scratches and the box it came in was all beaten up I'am never buying from them again I'm making sure of that,they should be ashamed of selling a phone that beaten up and battered I bought my other iPhone X used and it was in mint condition

    The phone came in amazing condition charges well is beautiful loads fast my carrier was able to bring my information back and put it on this device I like my phone I really enjoy my phone

    DO NOT BUY!!!
    When I first bought this phone in February everything was alright. The camera quality wasn't the best and the phone got hot very quickly but it still worked, I guess. But 2 weeks the phone completely froze, I tried everything and nothing worked. I took it to our local apple store where they told me when the phone had been repaired (since these are refurbished) this seller used an incredibly cheap part that they weren't supposed to use. This caused something in the phone to burn out and cause the touch screen to stop working. The repair costs 270$ so instead buy a new phone and don't waste your money on this junk.

    The back camera doesn't work.. also gets hot when using and I have a battery warning saying its significantly degraded. Doesn't hold a charge long.

    Glad and disappointed at same time
    I was so excited on purchasing this phone but you guys disappointed me. The phone I got was really clean thank god?? Really good phone but the touch is giving problem, a IT guy said probably it was water damage? I will be touching 3 on the keyboard and it brings me to something else on the keyboard or even W and it brings to something else. On top of that, the phone won't even turn off! I would really like a new one please. I am all the way from Jamaica and was really excited for my new phone.

    Well when I received this phone I really didn't expect for it to look like it never been used. This is so far a very good phone better then the one I purchase from somewhere else two years ago. This was a excellent purchase and I do recommend to others.

    Ridiculous! You didn't include the power adapter plug Now I have to return and get a new one which is so inconvenient because now my daughter will nit get her Xmas gift on time

    The phone came in on time not a scratch on it I couldn’t even tell that it had been used before. The packaging came with a carrier package with a Sims card and a 30 day free Data service called Ting but when I tried to activate it with all the information that it came with and number that was on the card it said it was unable to activate for some reason… also the carrier ting doesn’t have a customer service hotline so there was really not much I could do.

    Good Phone.
    I have not used the phone quite yet, because it is a Christmas gift for my daughter. However, I did check it out. It is in great condition! I do not see any cracks or chips. I can write another review whenever we turn it on and get it working!
