I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 9 year old daughter, and I'm not disappointed. The phone itself came in pristine condition! It looks brand spanking new. Packaging was official. Came wrapped up as if you bought from the apple store. Camw with headphones, charger everything its supposed to have. Shipping was a disaster but I ordered it 3 days before Christmas... Zero complaints whatsoever, this truly is a great option for those looking for an iPhone at a bargain price. It's perfect. The straight talk plan was awesome too! I bought it separately. Set up was quick and easy. Best purchase I've made from Walmart, and I highly recommend.

The iPhones can't be activated not even at at&t stores by people that know all there is to know about iPhones,very disappointed would not recommend

    Battery doesn't hold charge
    Nice looking phone, but it doesn't hold a charge. I'm going to see if my local repair shop can replace the battery. It's just hard to believe they didn't test the battery. I also need to mention that the phone wasn't updated. I wasn't expecting a great phone, but I do feel that it should be at least functioning.

    Awesome and fast transaction. Their online customer service department is considered “top of the line”. I would purchase more refurbished items from the company... From mobile devices and laptops. I looked for an iPhone and found it here. Now, I'm looking at a MacBook Pro from the same company. Great transaction.

    Horrible
    Got the phone and the screen was not working right. The brightness did not work, the ear piece speaker did not work; I still have to talk to someone over the speaker. The screen also would not work once my finger got a bit sweaty (i have clammy hands). Now I did not get the opportunity to return it in the 60 days they allowed because I was pretty busy with school and needed the phone at the time but I would never again buy this B Grade refurbished, should have known by the name it was horrible and it did not matter what the description said.
