A great package of everything I need!
Its exactly what I was looking for! A variety of resistance bands, comfortable handles and angle straps. A door anchor that wont slip through the door.

Very inferior product compared to picture
I received this and it was not what I ordered based on the picture. The bands and the carbiners were very inferior. I used one and the end snapped off immediately. Highly do NOT recommend.

    Currently returning!
    If you are using for light weight, it might benefit you, but my clips on the end of the bands snapped while only having two resistance bands on there. I guess you get what you pay for

    For every home gym or to rehab from surgery
    When having shoulder surgery these have come in quite handy, helps tremendously with strengthening the muscles. Great price too!

    Don't buy it!!! they are a hoax!!!
    To begin with, the bands that came to me are not the same as those seen in the cover photo, the instructions were all wrinkled and the bands had dust as if someone else had already used them, very poor quality, the material of the bag seemed that was going to break !!! horrible experience !!! I give it a star because it is the least I can give it, but it definitely does not deserve a single star!

    Cheap and not like the picture.
    The first set I bought was great. This time, the set they sent me, looks nothing like the picture. The bands are small and weak. They are completely different from the picture.

    Terrible product. The bands do not come close to delivering the resistance advertised. I can easily stretch all 5 together - 150 pounds of advertised resistance Bought some elsewhere and there is no comparison.

    No more excuses for not exercising.
    This is the best exercise equipment I have. It is well made and easy to assemble. You can combine the different bands for different resistance values. It keep it in my garage and use it whenever I walk by, several times a day. For arms, upper body and legs. I attached to my workbench with eye hooks and it is always ready to use. I wish it had some shorter bands though.

    Decent bands for resistance training
    I like how I can mix the bands together to get more resistance for the workout. When I tried to use 3 bands together, I noticed that one of them was a little shorter than the other 2. I had no problem in using them together though. I felt these were little pricey at 60$.
