i lost some weight arind my waist in the 6th day of taking this, i ordered 4 bottles in all,so i can get to my foal weight and everyone sees my results so far also you dont have to be on keto diet, i only eat cornflakes once a day and eat or drink no sweetner but i do drink water,green tea,water and black plain coffee to keep me full.
