    My wife and I have been taking trunature Grape Seed and Resveratrol for several years now. It's difficult to know how much good it's doing us, but we are rarely ill and are both in our 80's.

    These seem just fine
    I don't know how to tell if these “work” but these grape seed extract pills the price is reasonable so I'm happy to take them for my own reasons. I'm also not sure what the resveratrol is supposed to do, but some people recommend it so I'm okay with that too.
