Roast Beef
I was excited when the pan came in and I bought a bottom round roast to test it out. 1 1/2 hours later, I took it out and there was some juices at the bottom of the pan that crusted over, but the pan was SO easy to clean. Everything just came off it with a soapy sponge. I was very happy with how easy it was to clean. I also loved the handles, which made it easy to take out of the oven. There's nothing I'd add or change. I loved it!

So Disappointed!
Bought this to cook turkey for Thanksgiving. After it cooled down I put it in the sink and filled with water and dish soap to soak before washing it. When I poured the water out to wash it I saw the coating had lifted and came off! Will be returning to Walmart, don't waste your money on this one

    Meats without the grease
    I am greatly enjoying my pioneer roasting pan with rack. You can cook a perfectly grease free meal using the rack that comes with the roaster pan. The size of the roaster makes it easy to cook for a large or small family. The roaster is nonstick which makes cleanup very easy. I recommend the woman's pioneer roaster pan with rack to everyone.

    This roaster is perfect for the upcoming holiday season, or anytime. It will hold a large ham or turkey with no problems at all. It is thick metal for a cook pan and the rack handles the weight with no tweaking or bending. When you lift the rack you feel confident that it will perform without a flaw. Just turn the rack sideways and it sets right back on the roaster so any additional drippings go right in the pan. As the attached picture shows, it cleans up like new. It sure beats the heck out of the lightweight flimsy pans that I have used in the past. It is well worth the money and will be in the family for many years to come.

    Exceeded Expectations
    I was planning on buying a stainless steel roasting pan when I decided to give this Pioneer Woman Roaster with Rack a try and I can't be happier that I did. It's made exceptionally well. I was sort of expecting it to be a light non-stick but it's isn't, it's quite sturdy. The stainless steel handles have a very firm grip and seem to be of very sound of construction. They're firmly attached to the pan and I believe they will be able to handle a lot of wear without issue. The pan is really quite large and should accommodate a very large turkey with ease. I cooked a 3 pound bottom round roast in it and it seemed lost. I love the rack inside. It is all one piece and super easy to clean. In fact I was able to establish that the pan AND rack are easy to clean. The non stick surface makes all of the drippings slide out after a quick soak. I sprayed the rack with Pam to insure the rack was easy to clean too. Overall, very happy with this Roaster Pan. It also fits easily in the under stove drawer for when it isn't being used.

    Perfect for holiday meals!
    The Pioneer Woman Roaster with Rack is so large it will be wonderful for our holiday meals. We have a large family and this pan will hold plenty of turkey and stuffing, or whatever we use it for. I used it recently for a 7lb roast and all the veggies, this pan is so large it makes my roast look small. You can use it with or without the roasting rack that comes with it. The pan is heavy, durable, well coated and just a great addition to my kitchen. The best thing is The Pioneer Woman's brand, their products are second to none!

    Can be used for more than just meat!
    This large roasting pan and rack is a nice addition to my kitchen. My first recipe was a group of custards in a water bath. This pan is perfect for this recipe. I love the fact that the pan has easy to grip smooth handles and the rack fits perfectly in the pan. The pan is approximately. 13x15 and 3" deep. The rack is very sturdy and easy to grip with hot pads to lift out of the pan. I'm anxious to try cooking my Thanksgiving turkey in this pan this year, it looks like it will make it alot easier. This roasting pan is definitely a pan that looks nice and could easily be brought to your table on hot pads and still look nice.

    Very big plenty of room to use to make just about anything. Made a roast the other night with everything potatoes, carrots etc. It was so nice to have this huge roaster and rack. It had lots of room to breathe and cool. I've made several home cooked meals in this roaster and it turns out great every time. Great for large meat and souffles, casseroles love them the best. Beautiful for anyone that loves to cook like I do. I love to use because its very deep and I'm going to try a turkey in it soon. It cooks everything with ease. The rack is perfect to use also. It comes in handy. Depending on size of meat it will hold alot. Perfect for large roasts mine was great.

    Great Roaster with Rack
    The Pioneer Woman Roaster with Rack is a very nice roaster pan. It is 14 x 18 inches and almost 5 and half inches deep. It has a rack for elevating meat so fat drips away from meat. Because of the size, it can hold up to 30 pounds of meats. It has a nonstick coating and riveted side handles for secure grip. I definitely recommend this for your roasting needs.
