Very functional
I just love the pioneer woman products. They are adorable and functional, I call them "my personal chicken pot pie casserole pans". I used to make one large chicken pot pie then serve it from one bowl, now everyone gets their own little serving. I can see these as also being useful for dipping bowls etc. I can't wait to make individual pies for Christmas. The care instructions before using must be adhered to, to ensure a long life. Dishwasher, microwave safe are an added bonus. I love these!

bad replacement/refund policy
the product itself is cute. the packing was very bad and surprisingly only one was broken when i received it. Walmart is not willing to do a partial refund or replace the one broken item. so my options are to pay full price for the broken product or take time to make the return. Target doesn't do that... overall if you're going to buy this only do it in person or if you don't mind returning it when it's broken.

    Perfect size single serve casserole dishes.
    The casseroles dishes are adorable and perfect single serve Onion soup. I adore them unfortunately one of the lids was broken. Hopefully it will be easy to replace them for a new set.

    the lid to the yellow casserole dish is chipped.I am very disappointed with this shipment. The Pioneer Woman box looked like it had been dropped, the styrofoam had been broken pryor to shipping. The chipped piece isn't even in the box.

    These small casseroles are a generous size for individual use. Unfortunately, as others have noted, two lids arrived broken. They happen to face the same direction in the package and that makes me wonder if they are not damaged at the factory when packed. If the lids are packed first and the heavy bowl dropped on top, I could see how that would happen. But how do you even suggest a fix to the manufacturer? I will keep these as is since I can not get out to return them for right now. Even returning by mail requires taking them to ship. If you want four with lids I would search in store if possible. Give the package a little jiggle. If it chimes back, try another until you find a box that doesn't sound in pieces. Again, these are not small ramekins. They are a nice French Onion Soup size. I would like to have all the lids, but really don't need all the lids. But darn would it be nice to have them!

    Is there any replacement for the broken lid.
    I received the item before the initial given schedule so i like. But i found one of pot lid were broken so it made little frustration.

    Order contained broken lid. Broke in many pieces. Walmart refused to replace the broken lid...I am mad just send me a replacement I am handicapped and shop Walmart online. No way except cab to get to the store... Walmart has disappointed me.

    They came on peaces! And no matter of this I will rate them with 5 stars because they are so nice! Will try to order again when they are available. Dear Walmart - I ordered 5 different sets of casserole, small bowls, mini pie pans etc from The pioneer Woman brand! Now I have to return 4 of them because they are damaged/broken during transportation! Whats a pity! One advice- when you ship such goods why dont you put Fragile Note on the box?
