    Very easy fitting works fabulous.
    This stay in your mouth.I didn't know that I grind my teeth at night when I sleep until my dentist told me I have worn my teeth down.I like how it is clear and you can see your teeth indents cause you mold it to your teeth.

    Molds to your teeth
    I went through several mouth guards, starting with the cheapest. Got desperate and spent $20. The best twenty dollars. I just wish I found this one earlier. You put this in boiling water then mold to your teeth. Get it wrong, you can do it again, once (maybe you could go for a third, not advised but exchangeable if you screw it up I never needed to. So it is formed to your teeth. Yeah, sometimes I can mold it wrong and it is a little bulky on the outside, nothing unbearable and nothing compared to the hard plastic ones that don't form to your teeth. Due to teeth grinding, I have to replace this every six-eight months. And it's much much better than the $1.000 dentist mouth guard.
