Warning: injury to foot
Worked well on my back however clamped injures my foot. I had to go to an orthopedic surgeon who diagnosed me with traumatic neurovascular bundle from hanging. I've had edema for about 2 weeks

Something everyone should at least try
To be honest the first time I got on I started at the 60° angle and I was a bit anxious after 23 times on it. I've actually been able to relax lay back and watch TV lol I want to get used to the 60° angle before I go to the full 90°, but I do see a big difference in my lower back and my shoulders I go to massage therapy once a month, so I'll wait till this weekend to see what my therapist says. If he actually she's any difference in me.

Takes some getting used to but worth it!
Using an inversion table takes some getting used to. I purchased this to help me with my neuropathy and have seen great results in just the first month. It is also helping my back and neck, reducing stress and tension as well as loosening the muscles.

Overall Assessment From a 95 year old
The inversion table definitely reverses compression in the spinal column and relieves pressure on nerves especially associated with pain due to sciatica and muscle tension and related pain in other areas of my back. Extreme pain in my left shoulder blade and from right side rib damage in my youth is being relieved. Low back pain from a chiropractor error twelve years ago is being relieved as well. I have overdone inversion time and am very gradually increasing my inversion time. Also I am gradually increasing the inversion angle. Get started with a person standing by just in case your initial balance point settings don't allow you to easily rotate back up. I needed time to regain flexibility in raising my arms overhead to get the inversion rotation started. I also have a bubble gut that was countering my arm weight. When I was inverted my bubble gut slid toward my rib cage preventing me from rotating to the upright position. I used some very light wrist weights to give enough counterbalance weight to invert and then to return to upright. My son was standing by to make sure I did not get stuck. I now have practiced enough to use the Teeter on my own. I am a mechanical engineer and have a tendency to skip over directions. Definitely follow directions especially in relation to the balance point settings. Some suggestions: 1) the low back arch plate needs to be more flexible and longer to allow for a more gentle arch under the low back; 2) advise to not over tighten the ankle restraint otherwise it may be to tight to allow wiggle room to press the release button; 3) I would like to see a softer and lower in height Fit Spine Posture Restore cushions; 4) I would like to have adjustment from upright to horizontal; 5) would be great to lock and unlock the incline position so that sit up type motion or other torso lifting motion and exercise could be done on the LX 9 or other Teeter platforms.

    Another Satisfied Teeter Customer!
I use to go to a chiropractor for adjustments. Feeling that having my spine manually adjusted could at some point do more harm rather than good. I had heard about inversion tables for years and how gravity could naturally put your spine back into its natural position by using this device for roughly 10 minutes a day. I recently decided to purchase the Teeter. After looking at all of the models vs price I decided on the LX9. I have had this device for a little more than a month and I am already enjoying the effects. I feel like some of the stiffness in my shoulders, neck, and back are diminishing. After becoming disabled several years ago after multiple surgeries on various body parts, I felt the Teeter along with a strict diet and exercise regime would help me in feeling better. Having worked in the pre-hospital health care industry for over 32 years, not following the best of eating habits, due to the demanding rigors of my job, left me beatup and battered physically. The Teeter is simple to use, and by feeling the benefits of what this product is capable of doing, I look forward to the benefits the Teeter will provide me with in the future!

Learning To Manage Pain Is Key!
A cousin who drives tractor trailers told me of his successful use of an inversion table (TEETER). Once my back herniation and sciatica left me using a walker, medication and thoughts of surgery, i decided to give the FitSpine LX9 a try. It has been 3 weeks since i began using it. I am walking WITHOUT the use of a walker, reduced to medication on an as-needed basis, and am gradually getting back to normal routine walks, pilates classes and hot yoga! Thank you SO much for helping me deal with my body by moving toward a state of overall WELLNESS!

    LX9 ease of use
Comfortable and easy to use. Love the handle to lock in the ankles. Was able to quickly progress through the various angles but still haven't quite made the jump to full inversion. I find it very relaxing and probably spend more time than I should inverted.
