Boredom is now the issue not ankle pain
Before the gravity boots, I could not spend long on the table as my ankles would get very sore. So first of all, the adapter kit installed extremely easy. The boots themselves are very robust. My only complaint is that for an extra-large boot the overlapping plastic just about makes it (my ankles are not that big!!. I would love to see a small and meet the person who modelled it. Could have done with an extra one inch (25mm) which would make the fastening so much easier. Anyway, small issue. These are amazing I can hang now for 5-10 minutes, and the duration is getting longer each time. What signals the end of a session is boredom and not pain. Thanks Teeter

    They're ok.
    Not great. I put them on then immediately took the kit off of my table. Hurt my ankles worse than the ankle clamps do. Maybe they are better hanging from a pull up bar but not great on the inversion table. I'm keeping them to use for travel but not good for me for everyday on my table. Got a great deal on them though so not worth returning.

    I always wanted gravity boots!
    I was thrilled to receive my Teeter Hang Up! Sad;y, my fat ankles were not comfortable in the ankle lock system so I ordered the gravity boots with the main shaft. Now I am so happy with my Teeter Hang Up that I tell everyone about it. Having two main shafts means I can easily switch between the ankle lock system and the gravity boots. I am about to take my Teeter Hang Up to the neighbor's porch where all of our neighbors can try it out.Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    In a Dilemma
    I bought this Teeter accessory for my wife's birthday. Unfortunately it's not what she wanted. Now, it doesn't make sense to return the item because of the return charges. She loves EP 560 Teeter. If you could pay the return freight you would have satisfied customer.

    No ankle pain. Good leg grip.
    Before I found this product, my ankles would slip when using the Teeter. I have a smaller frame so had difficulty keeping my ankles from slipping and hurting. Even with shoes on, if didn't feel good. Now, with the gravity boots, my legs are held in place instead of having all the pressure and pulling on my ankles. I can stay "hanging" for much longer now.

    The boots help spread the force out making it more comfortable to invert. However, donning the gravity boots is difficult and awkward especially with tennis shoes on.

    Great for back aches
    My Fit Spine LX9 Teeter itself has been slowly helping my back aches which are from some mild arthritis & mild degenerative joint disease. It takes regular use, like 3 times a day every day to get results. The original foot holders strained my ankles because of several sprained ankles, so I tried the gravity boots attachment which also seems to put a pull on my ankles & feet. If I didn't have ankle & foot problems It would work wonderfully for me.
