Great Test Kit
This test kit is just as good as you can get for the homeowner. I highly recommend it if you like keeping your pool or spa in great condition!

Too Complicated
Way too complicated. Better off using strips and taking advantage of local, free pool water testing. Instructions assume you are a seasoned pool owner.

    Defective water tube
    This could be a great pool water test kit. However, in the one I received the print on the water tube is defective and only has the color code for Ph. I have no way to check my CL levels with this unit. (see picture)

    Terrible return experience
    Wife bought a bigger test kit so I took it to my local Walmart to return. They would not accept it since it was bought through a 3rd party seller. Kept it but no more Walmart on line from us. They need to see how Amazon does it. I followed the directions on the invoice but they would not credit me.

    Manufacturer defect
    The unit did not have droppers installed on the bottles and the contents leaked out. I tried to return this but since it wasnt directly purchased from Walmart they refused to accept a return.

    Does not match pool store results
    Not sure why it never matches what the pool store results are. I am sticking to the simple PH and chlorine testers and will go to the pool store for a free water test every few weeks for the other elements.

    I received the kit in three days, with standard shipping. I was very surprised that it came that quick. It was well worth the money, since it saves me time going to the pool store to get my water analyzed. Now I can do it anytime I want right at home.

    Good Quality Pool Test Kit
    This test kit allows me to test for pretty much everything with my pool. The only thing it doesn't do is add the chemicals for me. Now if they could invent that.....

    Upgraded from a smaller kit I had used for years. Found my pool out of balance. Customer service from Taylor was great explaining test results. Some knowledge of chemistry very helpful.
