    I must say. I have not been using this long enough to say if it is promoting hair growth, BUT, is is light and softens the hair. It has a slight tingle, but not excessive and the smell is light and pleasant.

    Oil smells really nice and is light weight. I used it after cleansing with the Bamboo, Avocado & Peppermint Dry Gel Shampoo. Which is the perfect combination for my protective style. A little oil goes a long way, I use it twice a week.
